Below are the steps to change the reason time zone setting in our sharepoint sites are

(1)In our team site click the site actions

(2)Click on site settings.

(3)Click on site settings page under the Site Administration section the Regional Settings.

(4)In the Times section sets the time zone combo box to the appropriate time zone

(5)Click OK.
